Mission

The mission of the University of Appalachia College of Pharmacy student society is to make students aware of pharmacy practice in health systems; provide information to students about career directions in and credentials needed for pharmacy practice in health systems; and encourage membership and participation in the state society and ASHP as a student and upon graduation.

Goals

     * Expert guidance in education and career planning from pharmacy leaders and mentors.
     * The ability to network with peers on campus, in state societies and within a community of ASHP student members.
     * Access to great jobs, residencies, and internships.
     * The chance to participate in advocacy, policy, and planning.
     * Plentiful opportunities to enhance clinical and leadership skills.
